Workshops in a Time of Covid-19
I’m currently working on a series of paintings for the Friendship Room in Balquhidder Church. The paintings are to be incorporated into wall panels which inform the visitor of the history of the church and stories associated with the area.

My second three-day workshop (with the same group from Cape Wrath) has just come to an end. It’s been wonderful to see people gaining in confidence and absorbing the lovely surroundings here in Balquhidder. I’ll be doing some more in the new year!

They are aimed at people aged 16+ who have always wanted to paint, but for whatever reason, just can’t seem to get started. It’s wonderful to see Ursula’s Wacky: The Diary of a Ship’s Cat finally hitting the shops this month! Working on all the illustrations gave me a real focus whilst undergoing chemo and radiotherapy last year.
